YouTube's Video Rental Store
YouTube is now offering 48-hour rentals ranging between 99 cents to $3.99. It initially experimented with this project by offering Sundance Films for $5, but has extended this to movies and TV shows. It will be interesting how their offerings will compare to what is currently available. iTunes and xbox have seen success in this area while there is also hulu and veoh available free of charge. Netflix will still hold as a dominate market with their simple, monthly fee for unlimited movies/shows.
