Are you aware about privacy settings on your social network?

There is a serious privacy concern for Facebook users. People tend to post their personal information on Facebook and MySpace and do not even bother to adjust privacy control settings. According to Consumer Reports blog 52% of "adult users of social networks such as Facebook and MySpace have posted risky personal information online, according to the 2010 Consumer Reports State of the Net survey". 25% are not even aware of those privacy setting. 38% posted their street address and birth date that along with full name are often used for security checks to access bank accounts and other financial information. Considering the fact that millions of Americans become targets for identity theft, this should raise question of educating the public about identity safety on social networks.

Do you have any identity sensitive information posted on you social network?
