Doing some research on an unrelated subject, I came across a fascinating individual. His name - Randy Pausch. His job - professor of engineering. He was known in the speaking circuit for his talk on Time Management.
The fascinating part is the fact that he gives the talk below knowing that he has 3 to 6 months to live. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The second presentation is about achieving your dreams. That, too, given after he found out is running our of time. While lengthy, both presentations are worth watching; if for nothing else, than for putting life into a different perspective.
