This Goes Out to Local Shell Gas Stations

The reason I will never go to your gas stations here in the Seattle area is because of Jacksons. I do not know who owns Jacksons but they are swooping up Shell gas stations like wild fire. The reasons I do not like Jacksons are: Every Jacksons Ive been to STINKS; I believe in buying American and at the least, your store fronts do not tell me I'm buying American; Your employee incompetency level makes Forest Gump look like Stephen Hawking; Finally, when I ask an employee if they have any black licorice, they shouldn't respond with "What is this?" Shouldn't a business train their employees to know what products they sell or even what something as simple as black licorice is? That's my rant and I'm sticking to it.
