Having Wireless Problems?

I have heard quite a bit of complaints about the wireless connection in our room. If you are having wireless problems, I would encourage you to send an email to Joe Shelley. Joe Shelley is the Assistant Director of IT Services.

Hello,

I am a student at UW Bothell and cannot connect to the wireless network. When I click on connect to University of Washington, I either get a failed to connect message or it connects but does not allow me to access the internet (connected with problems). In either case, neither a web browser or ping will connect to the internet.

This happens for my UWB 489 class at UW1-020 during 8:00PM-10:05PM. Could you help me?
